Is this your first time on the wheel? Or you already throw but still struggles with the centering? Give us few days and we’ll teach you everything you need to know to center throw and trim different shapes!
In our week-long intensive wheel throwing course, you’ll end the week knowing how to throw. Seriously. I’m not joking.
You’ll learn to center (this is the most important aspect of working on to the wheel), to throw (meaning to give form to the piece) and trim (to finish it). And you’ll do it with different forms:
This is a 100% hands-on workshop. You’ll be surprised by the end of the course with your result!
We work with stoneware and food-safe glazes.
A selection of your best pieces (chosen by you) will be fired to be subsequently glazed. You can sign up for a glazing class to learn how to glaze your pieces (let us know in comments when subscribing to this workshop).
Otherwise, don’t worry – our team will glaze them (with love) and in a period of 1 month after the course you can pick them up.
They’re all functional ware and very brave pieces – they don’t fear the microwave nor the dishwasher …

You just need to bring old clothes and shoes to change (and face mask) – all the rest is up to us.
Price: 265€/material and firings included. Glazing class: 30€
Next dates: May 6th to 9th, Monday to Thursday from 10am to 2pm. Glazing class: May 24th, Friday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

For better personal tutoring we admit max. 7-8 students per class. The courses will take place with a minimum of 4 students. If you have signed up and paid and the course doesn’t take place, we’ll refund you the total amount paid.
