Some objects, when they break, seem to have reached the end of their story.
Kintsugi teaches us otherwise.
This ancient Japanese art —literally meaning “golden repair”— transforms the fracture into the focal point. It does not hide the crack; it highlights it.
In this workshop, you will learn the traditional kintsugi technique using urushi lacquer and precious metals (gold, silver or tin), working on a real object.
Throughout the workshop, you will follow a guided, slow and precise process, understanding both the technique and the philosophy behind it: the beauty of imperfection, repair and time.
The workshop is taught by Elisabet Moreno, a jewelry designer trained in Japan, who will guide you step by step.
No previous experience is required.
