GENERAL CONDITIONS
INSCRIPTION FEE / MONTHLY FEE OF CONTINUOUS COURSES
The first monthly fee and inscription fee must be paid at the time of registration (with a credit card if you register through the website, or by card or cash if you register in person at the studio). The following monthly payments are charged between the 1st and 3rd of each month, by direct billing. The spot is confirmed when the payment of registration and first monthly fee are made and when we have received your bank details (IBAN) for the collection of the following monthly payments. The minimum enrollment to the continuous course is 3 months, to give us time to advance in the program and for you to have finished pieces to take home.
INSCRIPCIÓN OTROS CURSOS
La reserva/inscripción se confirma mediante el pago anticipado del 100% del valor del curso. Si la inscripcion se ha hecho por la web, el pago es por tarjeta de crédito; si presencialmente en el taller, el pago puede ser por tarjeta o efectivo.
CANCELACIÓN
WEEKLY – CONTINUOUS COURSES
– Absence in a class must be notified with 1 week in advance and can be made up (a priori or a posteriori) within the next 4 weeks (always within the billing period).
– To recover missed classes the student must be up to date with the payment of the monthly fee. Missed classes in no case compensate for future monthly fees. It is not possible to make up classes when the student is no longer enrolled and billed.
– Discontinuity to the course must be notified by the students no later than the 15th day of the last month of the course.
– Inscription fee and current monthly fee are not reembursed.
– The official holidays in Catalonia and Spain are not considered classes to be recovered. They are compensated by months of 5 weeks.
– If ElTornBarcelona cancels a class for any reason, it can be recovered during the next 4 weeks (always within the billing period).
The holidays defined by ElTornBarcelona can be made up within the next 4 weeks (always within the billing period).

OTHER COURSES: WEEKEND, WEEK-LONG AND MONOGRAPHICS
– For cancellations earlier than 30 days prior de course, the total amount paid is returned.
– Cancellations notified less than 30 days and more than 16 days prior the course: there is no refund but we offer you the possibility to participate in the next date of this course (subjected to availability of spots).
– Cancellations less than 15 days before the event, there is no refund of the amount paid nor the possibility of changing the date.
– If the school cancels the course for its own reasons, we’ll refund the 100% of the amount paid.

ElTornBarcelona is not responsible for breakage, loss of parts or imperfections of the pieces, or pieces sent by mail.
We are not responsible for the belongings of the students in the studio premises.
